    Stop Smoking, Start Living is an interactive and dynamic way
    to accomplish a truly life changing victory.

    Studies show that even today, when the public is well aware of the 
    dangers of smoking, not to mention the monetary cost, up to 20% of 
    people continue to smoke because of physical and psychological
    addiction.
    This is a stand alone cessation program which can also be used as
    support for those who have received prescription medication for
    smoking cessation from their physicians.
    Each participant receives a Stop Smoking, Start Living Success Kit 
    which includes a reinforcement CD, a free gift, tools for continuing 
    success and a certificate of completion.

    This is a 3 session program.

    
Weight Loss Kickoff    
    Change your relationship with food
    Thats the first step to any successful weight loss regimen. 
    This program is meant to kick start and support any weight loss   
    program a person has decided to participate in.  Well run programs work
    wonders if only people had the "willpower"  to follow the rules. This
    seminar gives the backup and strength to stick with the program.

    Our exclusive SORT program is one of a kind and is tailored to meet 
    the specific needs of the participating group. A simple, easy to master 
    system which can be applied to everything from mundane daily chores 
    to more abstract facets of life like personal relationships. It enables 
    the "user" to categorize, develop, change or eliminate "mental clutter" 
    thereby increasing efficiency, simplifying life and freeing up time for 
    more fulfilling thoughts and actions.

Afternoon Quickie:
        The Art of the Power Nap  

    Once you have learned to train your internal clock you can say 
    goodbye to mid-afternoon fatigue and mental fogginess.   
    In less than 15 minutes you can refresh and sharpen your mind, 
    increase your energy, and get an edge on your competition.   Anyone 
    can learn the techniques for "re-setting" your mind to achieve mental 
    refreshment. No alarm clock needed!

  Past Life Experience
    What is a Past Life Experience?  A hypnosis session which guides you 
    back in time to explore your mind for hints of a person you may have 
    been, or for a sampling of ideas and experiences that live in your 
    subconscious.  Some participants choose to use it as a way of calling up 
    experiences and emotions in order to see them from a new perspective.  
    Some are just curious as to what secrets lay hidden in their subconscious.
    A relaxing, fun and insightful experience.

    This is a 2 hour seminar.
 


 5 Week Weight Control Course
    This program teaches behavior modification as applied to attitudes 
    toward food.  The vast majority of us know what a good, healthy diet 
    consists of.  If the problem is not that you are in the dark about 
    nutrition, but that you EAT WITHOUT BEING HUNGRY, OVEREAT 
    OR CAN'T RESIST TEMPTATION, then this course is for you.  This 
    course uses hypnosis to teach you how to differentiate between 
    emotional hunger and physical hunger.  You will learn how to effectively 
    program your mind, and therfore your body, to eat properly and in the 
    correct quantities.  You will be able to "turn off" the triggers which cause 
    you to reach for food when you are not actually hungry, do away 
    with "cravings", and learn how to effectively counteract the peer 
    pressure today's society put on us to eat socially.
    There is hypnosis at every session.  
    
    This is a 5 week course.  Approx 90 minutes each week.
